Charlie Sheen & Horse Therapy!

Let’s see – Charlie Sheen is in a major conundrum – meaning that things are following apart all around him. I’m thinking he needs a little “horse” therapy! Why? Well…let me count the ways!

  • Horses accept you where you are! (They might take advantage of you and be a little tickled)
I’m thinking Charlie could use a little “acceptance” right now – the one that needs love the MOST is the one most challenging to love…

  • Riding lessons teach you how to work with 1200 lbs – fast!
Charlie needs something powerful that causes INSTANT FOCUS! Riding lessons will do that – horse’s do that – 1200 lbs of pure muscle does that!

  • Riding lessons teach focus, concentration and the art of asking!
Present time consciousness is a MUST while riding…no getting around it!

  • Accomplishment of tasks – with horses – is a huge deal and builds self-esteem!
Horses require complete control, which requires focus – physically, mentally and emotionally! I’m thinking Charlie Sheen could use a little that…

  • Horses are warm, fuzzy and fun!
Charlie needs to feeeeeeel the LOVE – right?

  • Riding horses especially outside in nature warms the heart! And, there is NO motor running – you can hear the birds singing, feel the sun, enjoy the breeze, too!
Nothing heals the soul – like a little “mother nature” to enjoy!

  • Being at the barn, playing in the dirt, is totally therapeutic!
Charlie needs to give up playing with the Goddesses – and get dirty for real – just say’n play’n in the dirt is good for the psych-i!

  • Riding horse’s makes for INSTANT awareness of your thoughts – your thoughts, your awareness, your consciousness are vital to success in the saddle – otherwise you’ll end up in the NEXT town!
A little grounded awareness would be good for Charlie!

  • Being at the barn and riding – gets you away from all the hustle and bustle and gives you a sense of peace and serenity!
Peace and serenity – is a must for all – especially Charlie Sheen – get him away from all that hustle and bustle; let this child of God – get back to his natural self. He does seem very lost.

  • Learning something NEW and DIFFERENT – like riding – pulls you out of the NEGATIVE and into the POSITIVE – by giving you something to work for, look forward to, enjoy!
I’m thinking Charlie could use something to work toward, look forward to, and ENJOY about right now!!

With much love in my heart for Charlie and others…

Theresa
PS: Yes, of course, all the things I mentioned regarding "good for Charlie" - are good for you and/or yours, too!  So let's do it...
